  • 200-250gr Beef Tenderloin 
  • 2 pcs Red Onion 
  • 3 pcs Spring Onions 
  • 3 pcs Tomatoes

  • 4-5 pcs of Cherry Tomatoes 
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Sea Salt

Trim the extra fat from the meat and dice into small cubes. Dice the red onion and spring onions.

Prepare the tomato sauce aside by grating the bigger tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 slices.

Add extra virgin olive oil into a hot fry pan with lid and start adding red and spring onions in and cook it until they are soft. After add the cherry tomatoes cook it abit more. After cherry tomatoes also soften, add the grated tomato sauce and wait for 10-15 mins to cook. (After 10-15 mins take the tomato sauce aside)

While tomato sauce is being prepared, ready a deep fry pan to prepare the meat. Dice one red onion into cubes and start cooking in the deep pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add 2-3 cloves of sliced garlic and half chili pepper into the pan. Add enough wine to cover the meat and let it cook for 10 mins.

When meat is ready, add the ready tomato sauce into the meat and take the pan aside.

Start boiling in a wide casserole water for the homemade pasta. For one person, you can add one handful of pasta (In this case we added around 4-5 handful) , Boil the pasta for 10-12 mins (depending on your choice of pasta) with some salt. After pasta is ready, filter the water aside and mix it with meat & tomato sauce.
